It is important for suppliers to respect human rights, to be free from discrimination and to provide equal opportunities and opportunities to their employees. We expect suppliers not to discriminate their employees, to allow equal opportunities, to not use forced or compulsory labor, to employ child labor.

We pay attention that the suppliers act in accordance with the principles of occupational health and safety, which will ensure a safe work environment.

We expect our suppliers not to tolerate bribery and corruption in any way and to be sensitive to this issue.

Intellectual Property and Confidential Information
Suppliers must respect the intellectual property rights of the United Customs Consultancy and inform us when they hear about a danger and / or violation of these rights. In this context, they must cooperate with Birleşik Gümrük Müşavirliği in order to prevent and / or end a possible violation. Suppliers are the subject of all kinds of financial statements, reports, financial and legal information, brand, corporate information, invention, work, method, progress and patent, copyright, trademark, commercial-financial-technical secret or other legal protection, or All information, documents, and all written and / or verbal commercial, financial, technical information, documents, including, but not limited to, United Customs Brokerage’s information, which they will learn during the relationship in question, must be protected with appropriate security measures. It is possible for confidential information to be given to employees and consultants who need to learn this information due to their job, but only if they warn their employees and consultants about the confidentiality of the information and ensure that these people comply with their confidentiality obligations.

First of all, we request from suppliers that are found to be in breach of the above-mentioned principles and policies to eliminate the violation and to make arrangements in accordance with the policies adopted. Commercial relations with suppliers who do not agree to eliminate the contradiction or do not comply with the required regulation and compliance within the specified period are terminated.
